Film Grain - Dinner & a Movie

The Film Society of Northwestern Pennsylvania (Film Society NWPA) kicks off their 2019 season on January 9th with a screening of Mission: Impossible -  Fallout at Bourbon Barrel. Six highly-rated films are scheduled for January and February. Film Grain: Dinner & Movie runs on the first three Wednesdays of the month.  “We’re starting our second year with some of the best films of 2018 -- just in time for awards season! Whether you’re a casual moviegoer, or a cinephile, we guarantee a unique downtown experience.” John C. Lyons, Executive Director of the Film Society NWPA.

Doors open at 5:30 pm at the Bourbon Barrel. Buffet-style dinner is served at 6:00 pm, followed by the film at 7:00pm. Admission prices are $12 for a table seat and $15 for a couch, and include dinner. Table service is also offered throughout the feature.

The Film Society NWPA fosters awareness, appreciation, and understanding of the art of film while providing assistance, support, and education for regional film production. It is a 501c3 nonprofit organization led by Executive Director John C. Lyons, President Erika Berlin, Vice President Stewart Nash, Treasurer Dan Sloppy, and Secretary Aubry DeMarco.
