The first Tuesday of each month (April through October) is Tower Tuesday at the Erie Land Lighthouse! The tower is open for free climbs throughout the day, and free educational activities are also offered! This month's activity is our Egg Drop! Come and enjoy some physics-based fun! You will be provided with a (plastic) egg and some household items and craft supplies. Your mission is to protect your egg from breaking open or cracking on its way down from the top of the Erie Land Lighthouse for a 49-foot drop! Create padding, design shock-absorption, make a parachute, go wild, but keep those eggs safe! Protect your eggs to win candy and other fun prizes while gaining some cool hands-on knowledge!
