Erie County’s attractions are the cornerstone for our tourism industry and much like everyone else, they have seen a shift in how they operate. Common practices are being taken by all attractions and retailers to ensure the safety of Erie residents and visitors alike. Maintaining social distancing guidelines and limiting the number of guests allowed inside at one time are just a few precautions.
Many restaurants in Erie County remained open throughout the stay-at-home order, offering curb-side pick-up and delivery. Most now offer outside dining options and upon entering the green phase of operation, will seat people inside at 50% capacity. VisitErie partners in the eat/drink sector have enacted several protocols in an effort to ensure a safe environment for their employees and quality food service for their customers.
Erie’s facilities have taken proper precautions to clean and sanitize while closed, and are implementing necessary precautions. Premiere facilities will continue to enforce social distancing at all properties with an increased focus on sanitation and reducing congestion.
