About Lake Erie Cyclefest

Lake Erie Cyclefest 2027 brings cyclists of all ages and abilities together for a four‑day celebration of biking across Erie County from July 22 to July 25.

The festival invites riders to experience the region’s diverse terrain, from sandy lakefront roads and old‑growth forests to rolling hills, farmland, and the vibrant downtown core.

Participants can choose from a collection of self‑supported rides that highlight Erie’s distinct landscapes, offering scenic routes along the shoreline, through rural countryside, and across the area’s expansive grape‑growing region. The atmosphere is welcoming and community focused, creating a setting that feels equally inviting for seasoned cyclists and newcomers exploring the joy of riding.
