Bio: Courtney Baran is an independent contractor for the Hagen History Center as their digital archives technician, and she also operates her own historical consulting business. She obtained her master’s degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2018, and while not an Erie native, she has been continually involved in Erie’s history since moving here almost six years ago.
