All planners in attendance will be entered to win a $500 VISA gift card! An open RFP* is required with registration and planners are welcome to bring a guest*. Travel reimbursement is available for meeting planners (roundtrip gas and tolls or roundtrip airfare).

*All RFPs must : a) be submitted by the meeting/reunion planner; b) be open for bids; c) be within VisitErie and partner facilities’ capacity to host; d) include room history; e) offer minimum 50 room nights; f) RFPs must be submitted with FAM registration.
*Planners are welcome to bring one (1) guest on the FAM Tour. Guests can participate in all touring, dining, and activities with the group. Guests will not receive their own hotel room (they will stay with their planner) and will not receive any travel reimbursements from VisitErie.
