Located in the heart of Erie’s Upper Peach Street shopping and entertainment district, the Ambassador Conference Center is a one-stop shop for conventions, meetings and corporate events. Three unique ballrooms and 12 breakout rooms are available on site, with the largest space able to host up to 500 guests. The facility is attached to two hotels with a total of 214 rooms: the Hilton Garden Inn and the Courtyard by Marriott Ambassador. More than 21,000 square feet of flexible meeting space is available on site.
Built in 2007 on Erie’s waterfront, the Bayfront Landing boasts three premier properties for meetings and accommodations: the Bayfront Convention Center, the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel and the Courtyard Erie Bayfront Hotel. The Bayfront Convention Center features more than 120,000 total square feet of space and spectacular floor-to-ceiling views of Presque Isle Bay. The Bayfront Convention Center Great Hall features more than 28,000 square feet of column-free space and a ceiling height of 23 feet. More than 15 meetings rooms are available on site, along with 8,800 square feet of outdoor space. The facility has more than 470 free parking spaces and is connected to two hotels: the 200-room Sheraton Erie Bayfront, connected via a skybridge, and the 192-room Courtyard Erie Bayfront.
Opened in fall 2021, the Holiday Inn Erie is located just off of Interstate 90 in Erie’s Upper Peach Street District. The hotel features two meeting rooms with a total of 1,200 square feet of space, an on site restaurant and bar, and a meeting professional on staff to ensure your group’s needs are met.
The Brewerie at Union Station
The large, open rotunda of the Brewerie at Union Station offers a unique and historic location for receptions and meetings in the heart of Downtown Erie. The space was opened in 1927, exhibiting the popular art deco style of the time. It opened as a brewery in 2006. In addition to the Grand Concourse and Rotunda, an outdoor trackside patio and separate breakout room are available on the second floor of the property.
UPMC Park
The UPMC Park Stadium Club can host indoor events for up to 175 guests. The space, which opened in 2021, overlooks the playing field at UPMC Park and features a balcony glass door system which can be retracted to create an open air experience. Catering and alcohol service are provided on site.
Victorian Princess
This authentic paddlewheel boat cruises beautiful Presque Isle Bay, offering event guests a unique experience for meetings and after-hours fun. The Victorian Princess is certified to carry 149 passengers and crew, with first and second decks enclosed to seat up to 120 guests in air conditioned comfort.
Warner Theater
Opened in 1931, Erie’s historic Warner Theater is a cherished regional landmark with its famous art deco design and timeless elegance. The theater space seats 2,250 and serves as a venue for concerts, seminars, broadway shows and the Erie Philharmonic. The Grand Lobby is among the most elegant spaces in Erie, and can easily accommodate up to 250 people for a sit down dinner or more than 500 for stand-up functions. The facility is completing a major renovation in 2022 which saw the addition of a new Rehearsal Hall, featuring more than 4,000 square feet of programmable event space.
Port Farms
Located just outside of Erie, PA, Port Farms offers a charming countryside venue for your next company retreat! Our unique space is located on 200 rural acres and includes everything you will need to host a successful work session, work event, or company picnic.
